Info Helpdesk deactivated - Raise Job now live
All colleagues,
Please be advised that the External Helpdesk has now be formally decommissioned to resolve an Information Compliance issue. This has now been replaced by Raise Job, which can be found within Concerto under Helpdesk -> Raise Job. The process to raise Task Orders has not changed so users will be able to raise jobs as before.
Please do not use the External Helpdesk link, and instead use Raise Job to raise Task Orders moving forward. If you are having difficulties logging in, then you can send a request via the Concerto Accounts form
In an emergency, you can still report any issues by calling 0115 876 4444.
Kind regards,
Corporate Landlord Service
Info Impending change to Site UPRNs
To colleagues,
From Wednesday 26th November, there will be a change to the way that Sites and Blocks are stored within Concerto. As part of the Estates Rents project, Sites and Blocks will be referenced primarily by their PO Asset Reference (7 characters) instead of the previous LLPG UPRN (the previous 12 digit reference). This will also be the main way to search for a site in Concerto.
The Site Details page will still contain a field for LLPG references which can additionally be used to search for a Site or a Block, however this will not be directly displayed in the search bar
