Critical New User Interface

In coming weeks, all Concerto clients will be moved onto the latest system version, this will involve an update to the system's User Interface. System users can review the attached guide for more information on this update. There should be no impact to user accounts and access to the system should not be affected. 

Users can access a test system (Sandbox) via the URL below to see the new User Interface before it is applied to our live environment.

Important Section 114 Notice - Spend Control

Following the issue of a Section 114 notice, spend can only be incurred by Nottingham City Council if approved by the Spend Control Board in accordance with the new policy and approval process.
 
Please see the intranet for further information Section 114 Report (nottinghamcity.gov.uk)
 
Could all colleagues please ensure this policy has been followed and include the approval ID in the description when submitting requests.

Info Building Repairs

NCC colleagues should report new building repairs using the online form via the URL below - this can be copied into your browser and bookmarked for future reference. A user guide to help complete the form is attached.

In the event of an emergency please ring NCC's Customer Hub on 0115 8764444.

Info Account Deactivations

Any user account that has not accessed Concerto within a 3 month period will automatically be deactivated.

If you still require access, please email louise.fanshaw@nottinghamcity.gov.uk, and your account will be reinstated as soon as possible.
